Susan Harkness

Gifts and More

I am Susan Harkness.  I am a substitute teacher by day and crafter by night.  I learned to sew from my mother who was a seamstress in the small town I grew up in.  After college I went into social service with the developmentally disabled.  So I did not do much sewing or crafting those years.  Then I worked at Hancock Fabrics for a few years and gained a renewed interest in sewing and crafting.  The last few years, I decided to open up to doing jobs for others, like mom.

One thing I have noticed is the thing most people need to buy is gifts.  There is always an event that you may need to get a gift for.  Birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, house warming, baptisms, graduations…the list goes on.  Keeping Memories is a way to give a special, personal gift.  Linen World has a lot of gift ideas for everyone on your list.
